BMC partners with an out-of-state college to develop a comprehensive CD-ROM designed to recruit prospective students.

The BusinessMedia Center's unique marketing approach is renowned throughout the southeast region of the U.S. The use of technology to create university recruitment material compelled Michael Chason, director of public relations at Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College (ABAC) in Tifton, Ga., to contact BMC.
"We needed a recruitment tool that would encompass the many dynamic aspects of our college," said Chason.
"We have a beautiful campus that really lends itself to video and still-shot images. There are a lot of places to explore on our campus, and the BusinessMedia Center was able to capture that from a different perspective.

"We wanted to shoot the campus at different times of the year, and they were very flexible about traveling to get just the right video footage of the college."
BMC developed an in-depth CD-ROM of images and information about the college. The product is used for admission recruitment, presentations on campus and mailing to students interested in learning about ABAC.
"We were very pleased with the finished product," said Chason. "They had a lot of creative ideas and really brought a fresh perspective to the project.
"It was very helpful that BMC came from a university setting. They're familiar with projects aimed at prospective students, and they did a fantastic job compiling effective information."
