To illustrate the benefits of TBR's Regents Online Degree Program (RODP) - Campus Collaborative and Regents Online Continuing Education (ROCE) & Workforce Development program, BMC developed a comprehensive marketing plan.
BMC enlisted the expertise of TTU Marketing Professor Don Weinrauch to tackle the marketing approach for online teaching and learning.
"I did a search about online learning to find out where the industry is, where it's going and how it's preparing for the future," said Weinrauch.
"There were several strategies we developed, one of which was a quantitative online survey. We surveyed campus representatives from the TBR universities, community colleges and technology centers to get feedback on how people are finding out about online programs.

"The e-survey can be used to increase awareness of the program by finding out the best avenue for exposure.
"Another significant aspect of the survey is that the infrastructure can be used for a variety of purposes, if the content is modified.
"Working with BMC on the RODP and ROCE marketing strategies has given me the opportunity to look at some best practices for marketing. We can use the model of the e-survey for many purposes.
"BMC has been a conduit, an academic unit and a support staff in meeting the goals of the university. Their work is truly evolutionary."
