Regents Online Degree Program (RODP) - Campus Collaborative
and Regents Online Continuing Education & Workforce Development (ROCE)

BMC develops a strategic marketing plan, branding image and Web site for RODP and ROCE to help them double the programs' enrollment.
Collaborating with Tennessee chambers of commerce, public libraries, career centers, and the Governor's Books from Birth Foundation, BMC maximized its resources to strengthen the presence of RODP and ROCE and garner widespread recognition.

"Kevin and his team are ambassadors," said Melton. "They're not just public relations. They set out to establish connections and to prepare the public for a seamless transition to online teaching and learning."
Included in the marketing strategy is a CD-ROM outlining the various aspects of online teaching and learning.

"TBR Chancellor Charles Manning viewed the entire CD and was taken aback by the manner in which (BMC) was able to highlight all aspects of the system, campuses, faculty, students, careers, mission, degrees, programs and especially workforce (development)," said Melton.

"In fact, he stated, 'This is so well put together, . . . (it's) outstanding professional quality, . . . (especially) the manner in which the multi-media is infused into the CD.'

"He also noted that this is really something that (the system) can brag about since it was developed and produced in-house.

"The BusinessMedia Center is more than a success. It's an enhancement to the Tennessee Board of Regents, to Tennessee Tech University and to the state."
